One of the features of the K to 12 Curriculum is the contextualization of lessons in the classroom in accordance with the needs of the learners, learning environment and other considerations. With this in mind, the division has guidelines for the contextualization of learning materials which was included in the ISO package of the SDO-NV. It was of great importance that AP teachers be informed of the guidelines and other strategies of contextualization to meet the 21st century learning needs of the pupils and students. The participants are expected to echo the seminar through School Learning Action Cell and come up with contextualized learners’ materials.
